About Reiki

Reiki is a hands-on healing technique from Japan and means “transcendent life force.” The practice of Reiki guides this “Ki,” or energy, that is a part of every living thing.

It is administered by "laying on hands" that helps "life force energy" flow through us. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The Reiki practitioner facilitates this “Ki” to move through, clearing and strengthening the meridians and energy throughout your body according to what you need. Clients often experience a deep feeling of relaxation and connection to their intuition.

Reiki has the potential to aid relaxation, assist in the body's natural healing processes, and develop emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is also said to induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall wellbeing.

Reiki has no contraindications and will not interfere with medical treatments.

30 minute ($40) and and 1 hour ($70) sessions available.

A recent study, the “Touchstone Process” has just undergone rigorous testing with academically acclaimed results citing Reiki and the CRR as the “best practices for scientific review.” So rest assured, Reiki is a tool in your toolbox with a wide body of research to back it up.
